From registration to the room key

The reader scans the guest's document (ID card, passport) and fills in the registration card in the PMS automatically. Self check-in kiosks pass guest data straight to the PMS. At check-in, the PMS creates a lock key for the exact period and zones (room, SPA, parking).

Automatic reporting to the state

Spa and rehabilitation hotels report the procedures they perform to the National Social Security Institute (NSSI). Patient, stay and procedure data is exported automatically from the PMS in the NSSI format. The files are ready to submit with no manual processing.
