We commit to 99.9% uptime for our platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. Enterprise customers may have custom SLA terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HotelOne shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of Bulgaria and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.
