HotelOne provides a cloud-based hospitality management platform including business intelligence, document processing, and channel management tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date

4. Data Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to your data. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing our services. We will never sell your data to third parties.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Upload malicious code or content
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

6. Service Level Agreement

We commit to 99.9% uptime for our platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. Enterprise customers may have custom SLA terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HotelOne shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Bulgaria and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.
