art. 1.General provisions

These Terms govern access to and use of the hotel.one website, operated by Hospitality in Bits Ltd., VAT 207902884, registered office: Sofia, Lozenets district, "Chervena stena" str., bl. 4.

By accessing the website, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms. Use of the Hotel.One platform itself is governed separately by the General Terms of Service.

art. 2.Definitions

2.1. "Website" - the website hotel.one, including all subdomains and pages available on this domain.

2.2. "Hotel.One" / "we" - Hospitality in Bits Ltd., VAT 207902884.

2.3. "Visitor" / "you" - any natural or legal person accessing the Website.

2.4. "Content" - all text, images, graphics, videos, logos, icons, software and other materials available on the Website.

2.5. "Platform" - the Hotel.One SaaS service, including the HotelOne BI, HotelOne Documents AI and HotelOne Sync modules, accessible via separate accounts and contracts.

art. 3.About the website

The hotel.one website is a marketing platform providing information about Hotel.One's products and services - including HotelOne BI, HotelOne Documents AI and HotelOne Sync - and allowing visitors to request a demo or contact the team.

Hotel.One reserves the right to change the content and functionality of the Website at any time without prior notice.

art. 4.Intellectual property

All materials on the Website - including text, graphics, logos, images, icons, videos and software - are the property of Hotel.One and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Reproducing or using any materials for commercial purposes without express written consent is prohibited.

art. 5.Acceptable use

When using the Website you agree not to:

• Use the Website for unlawful purposes or in a way that infringes third-party rights
• Attempt unauthorised access to Hotel.One's systems
• Distribute malicious code or misleading content
• Scrape or automatically collect content without express permission
• Impersonate Hotel.One or its representatives

art. 6.Personal data

Information on how we process personal data is available in our Privacy Policy. Relationships regarding personal-data processing within the Hotel.One platform are governed by the Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

art. 7.Demo requests and contact forms

7.1. When you fill in a demo-request or contact form on the Website, you provide us with contact details (name, email, phone, job title, hotel/company name) on a voluntary basis.

7.2. This data is used solely for:

• Responding to your enquiry and arranging a demonstration
• Discussing potential business relationships
• Sending materials and proposals if you have expressly requested them

7.3. The legal basis for processing is your consent and taking steps prior to entering into a contract. If no contractual relationship is established, the data is deleted or anonymised within 12 months of the last contact, unless you have consented to longer retention.

7.4. You can request deletion or correction of your data at any time at office@hotel.one.

art. 8.Marketing communication

8.1. If you have explicitly consented (via a checkbox on a form or a separate subscription form), we may send you:

• Newsletters about our product services and updates
• Materials on the hospitality sector and good practices in digitalisation
• Invitations to webinars, training and events (including HotelOne Academy)

8.2. You can unsubscribe at any time via the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of each email or by messaging office@hotel.one. Unsubscribing does not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal.

8.3. Hotel.One does not sell, rent or share contact data with third parties for their marketing purposes.

art. 9.Cookies

9.1. The Website uses cookies and similar technologies to ensure functionality, improve user experience and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

9.2. We use the following categories of cookies:

• Strictly necessary: required for the Website to function properly (e.g. session settings and language preferences)
• Analytics: for anonymous measurement of traffic and page use, to improve content
• Marketing: to measure campaign effectiveness and, if applicable, for retargeting - only if you have given consent

9.3. On your first visit the Website presents a consent banner where you can accept or reject non-essential cookie categories. You can change your settings or clear cookies at any time from your browser.

art. 10.Limitation of liability

The Website is provided on an "as-is" basis. Hotel.One does not guarantee continuous availability or the accuracy of published content. To the extent permitted by law, Hotel.One is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the Website.

art. 11.Severability

If any clause of these Terms is declared invalid or unenforceable by a competent court or authority, this does not affect the validity of the remaining clauses, which continue in full force.

art. 12.Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and applicable EU law. All disputes are settled by the competent court in Sofia.

art. 13.Changes to the Terms

Hotel.One may update these Terms. Changes take effect from the date of publication. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Previous versions of the Terms can be provided upon written request at office@hotel.one.
