We’ve lived this reality from two perspectives.

One of us spent years in hotel operations, revenue management, and distribution, optimizing business performance but constantly facing the challenge of disconnected data. The others built scalable AI-driven solutions across fintech, healthcare, and enterprise technology, helping companies turn raw data into meaningful insights. We realized that the real solution for hotels wasn’t replacing systems—it was making them work together seamlessly.

That’s why we built Hotel.One—not to change the way hotels operate, but to give them the technology to operate smarter.

Svetoslav Georgiev

The Hospitality Expert

Svetoslav Georgiev has spent his career optimizing revenue, distribution, and hotel operations, always relying on data to drive strategy. His expertise in revenue management, pricing models, competitive analysis, and operational control is built on experience across local and international hotel brands.

He has held leadership roles at IHG Holiday Inn Sofia (now Crowne Plaza Sofia), Victoria Group Hotels & Resorts, and Hotel Marinela (former Kempinski Hotel Zografski Sofia), where he developed commercial strategies for hotels with thousands of rooms across multiple destinations.

His career has unfolded through some of the most challenging moments in modern hospitality. From the Credit Crunch, through COVID-19, to the geopolitical crisis caused by the war in Ukraine, he worked side by side with hotels to stabilize their operations, restructure pricing models, and turn uncertainty into opportunity. These were defining moments for the industry, where data-driven decisions made the difference between survival and success.

During his time at IHG Holiday Inn Sofia, as part of the commercial team, the hotel was awarded two RGI (Revenue Generating Index) awards within the IHG network—recognition for exceptional revenue performance and market competitiveness.

Beyond crisis management, in normal business years, the hotels and organizations he worked with consistently saw revenue growth of 20-25%, proving that strategic revenue management, technology adoption, and a deep understanding of market dynamics can create lasting success.

The natural progression from working in both an international hotel chain and a large regional hotel group with over 3,000 rooms in five locations led him to start his own consulting career. Through his work, he has helped hoteliers develop and refine their technology stack, distribution strategy, pricing models, and revenue management approach, ensuring they have the right systems and insights to optimize performance.

He has worked with Victoria Group, Prestige Hotels, Keros Beach, MPM Hotels, Festa Hotels, Hotel Tsarevets Veliko Tarnovo, and many others, guiding them through digitalization, automation, and business intelligence implementation. His deep understanding of distribution systems and data-driven decision-making shaped his vision for a hospitality industry where systems don’t just store data, but actively provide insights.

That vision became Hotel.One.

Viktor Lalev has spent the past decade building high-performance software solutions for global brands across fintech, healthcare, hospitality, and enterprise tech. His expertise lies in AI-driven automation, cloud architecture, and large-scale system integrations, enabling businesses to streamline operations and make data-driven decisions in real time.

As Co-Founder & CEO of Donatix, he has led over 150 projects, working with Securly, an AI-driven student safety and cybersecurity platform, as well as Bayer, Syngenta, and the World Health Organization, delivering enterprise software solutions that optimize processes across industries.

Viktor has been a driving force behind scalable and secure digital infrastructures, ensuring that complex systems communicate seamlessly. His ability to transform raw data into actionable intelligence made him the ideal architect behind Hotel.One’s integration-first, AI-powered approach to hospitality technology.

By combining his experience in fintech, automation, and large-scale integrations, Viktor ensures that Hotel.One is not just a platform—it’s a connected ecosystem that turns fragmented hotel data into a single source of truth.

Antoan Shotarov

The Business Strategist

Antoan Shotarov bridges business strategy with technology innovation, helping companies navigate the digital transformation journey and adopt data-driven decision-making. His Ph.D. in Economics focuses on how innovation impacts business competitiveness, a core principle behind Hotel.One’s approach—leveraging technology to make hotels more efficient, more profitable, and more intelligent in their decision-making.

As Co-Founder of Donatix, he has worked with leading brands like Sanofi, Bayer, Stada, and Syngenta, developing business intelligence solutions that help organizations adapt to rapidly changing markets. His ability to transform industries through strategic digital adoption has made him a sought-after expert in enterprise innovation and financial modeling.

Beyond software, he has successfully launched startups in fintech, education, and consulting, proving his ability to turn ideas into scalable, impactful businesses. He understands how technology, business, and market intelligence intersect, ensuring that Hotel.One isn’t just another hotel technology solution, but a growth engine that puts data at the heart of decision-making.
